2 German Universities and Uni-Assist
As part of the admission application process, we submit your academic documents and personal information to German universities and the Uni-Assist portal on your behalf. This is done with your knowledge and explicit consent as part of our service engagement.
3 Partner Service Providers
For students opting for Platinum or Diamond service plans, we may share relevant information with our partner service providers including:
- Blocked account providers (Fintiba, Expatrio or similar)
- German statutory health insurance providers
- Education loan providers
- Post-landing support partners in Germany
Such sharing occurs only when you have opted for the specific service and data is shared only to the extent necessary.
4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your personal information to government or regulatory authorities when required to do so by applicable law or court order.
5 Data We Do Not Share
- We do not share your data with advertisers or marketing companies
- We do not share your data with other educational consultancies or agencies
- We do not share your data with any party not involved in delivering your service
6 International Data Transfers
Since our services involve German universities, your data may be transferred to and processed in Germany. German universities are subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) which provides strong data protection standards.
