1 Services Provided
Dream Abroad For You provides education consultancy services to assist Indian students in applying to German public universities. Our services include profile evaluation, document guidance, university shortlisting, application support, visa guidance and related advisory services.
2 No Guarantee of Admission
While we make every effort to support your application, Dream Abroad For You does not guarantee admission to any university. Admission decisions are made solely by the respective universities based on their own criteria and eligibility requirements.
3 Registration and Fees
- A free registration option is available for applications to up to 4 universities
- A registration fee of ₹9,999 is applicable for applications to up to 12 universities
- The registration fee is fully deductible from the total consultancy fee upon formalising the engagement
- The registration fee is fully refundable if no admission offer is received
- The registration fee is non-refundable if an admission offer is received and the student declines it
4 Student Responsibilities
- Providing accurate, complete and authentic academic documents
- Informing us promptly of any changes in academic status or personal circumstances
- Responding to requests for information or documents within reasonable time
- Making timely payments for pass-through costs such as APS fees, Uni-Assist fees and visa fees
5 Pass-Through Costs
Certain costs including APS certificate fees, Uni-Assist application fees, blocked account deposits, health insurance premiums, visa fees and education loan charges are paid directly by the student to the respective authorities. These are separate from and in addition to the consultancy fee.
6 Confidentiality
All academic documents and personal information shared with Dream Abroad For You will be treated with strict confidentiality and used only for the purpose of providing our services.
7 Limitation of Liability
Dream Abroad For You shall not be liable for delays or outcomes caused by university processes, government authorities, visa decisions, APS processing timelines or any factors beyond our reasonable control.
8 Intellectual Property
All content on dreamabroadforyou.in including text, design, graphics and code is the property of Dream Abroad For You. Reproduction or reuse without written permission is not permitted.
9 Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
